  • A 12-month campaign targeted companies with a turnover of between £1 million and £5 million to make them aware of Natwest services that could enhance their businesses.
  • Communicate with a new tone of voice to elicit a response from the SME target market, and create relatable content on subjects such as how to pitch for investments, find potential mentors or choose advisors.
  • The campaign paved the way for Natwest’s experts to follow up with interested readers.
