During our formative years, the content we produced was mainly centred on client magazines, books and promotional literature.
By the time we came of age, we had branched out into digital publishing and built online audiences across multiple sectors.
Real Deals and its associated events became a leading resource of private equity content, and Real Business overtook the field as the UK’s top SME content provider.
Since the birth of Business Advice in 2015, to support sole traders and micro companies, it has increased unique monthly visits to over 60,000.
Caspian Media’s growth has been marked by progression from print publishing and branding, and digital publishing and content marketing.
However, the journey hasn’t always been smooth. We dug deep to reverse the fortunes of our main publication and turn it into a profitable digital platform. We’ve also had to continually adapt, to advances in digital technology and changing client needs.
We’ve now matured as a business and are recognised for both our experience and content. Both give us an intimate understanding of SMEs, your audiences and how to bring you both together.
Caspian has a highly capable and diverse team of over 50 permanent staff. We also work with a network of carefully selected freelancers whose skills and experience complement our own.
As well as being joint owners, Steven and Sarah also play a key part in the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the company.
Nicholas and Praseeda each head up a dynamic team of reporters, writers and journalists who specialise in private equity and in SME business content respectively.
Amber and Denis lead a team of event experts who are passionate about delivering the best conference and networking opportunities for SMEs and private equity.
Gurbir is the commercial driving force behind our successful SME business websites and Ram, our publishing director for Real Deals, deals directly with client advertising and sponsorship.
Hannah leads on Caspian’s client content and manages its delivery, working with our marketing, creative and production teams.
